这里记录一些英语方式的表达，以免在需要用到的时候可以拿来用，熟悉一些，也尽量不会让人家感觉到外行。

1. 在工作中，经常有时候跟老外打交道，当你准备远程call她（他），而这时对方正在忙其他事，不方便的时候，可以回答：

a、it's OK/it's all right, go ahead please/ please take your time/ See your later / I'll call your back later. 

2. 由于经常会跟老外打交道，而你们又是一个团队的，需要经常邮件来往，一封写得好的，比较地道的邮件会产生不同的效果。

邮件的格式：

Hi, xxx:

      Focusing on the *** problem, I found that ****(这里描述问题的现象，原因)

Best wishes.

3. 如果对方call你，而你在忙，可以先告知对方你正在忙（开会，或者其他）就可以啦，一般对方会理解：

   I am in a meeting now

如果开完会了，你可以继续说：yes, I am here

这样就可以提醒对方，你现在已经有时间啦。

4. 场景，问题汇报

     产品开发过程中发现问题是一件很正常的事情，如果问题出现，那么你需要把问题汇报给上级，这里要描述清楚现象，原因，解决方案可以暂时不提。

     Focusing on the problem of SpO2 module,it happens whenever I put my finger into the sensor. //描述问题的现象  

     When the SpO2 module change thestate from SpO2 NON-PULSAT to SpO2 SEARCHING,it meet the condition to report no sensor alarm, unavoidably, it reports nosensor.//描述问题的原因

     Considering the different between modified codes and before,I would like to know which solution we should choose.//需要帮助的问题
