有两个bug，第一个bug： 

This failure was cached in the local repository and resolution is not reattempted until the update interval of maven-default-http-blocker has elapsed or updates are forced.

找到错的包 把后缀带lastupdated的文件删了

 第二个bug：

Blocked mirror for repositories: [alimaven (http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/repositories/central/, default, releases)]

找到你的maven的setting.xml的这个镜像，先把这个镜像注释了

然后jenkins再build一下，看下输出，我的已经开始down包了，你的down了没
