监控路由：

根因

配置此功能的VRRP备份组中不能含有IP地址拥有者，否则无法配置成功。
注：IP地址拥有者（IP Address Owner）：如果一个VRRP路由器将虚拟路由器的IP地址作为真实的接口地址，则该设备是IP地址拥有者。
 

解决方案

修改VRRP的实地址和虚地址为不同的IP
